Our Approach

At Bee Transformation, we believe that a successful transformation is co-constructed with impacted teams, embodied at every level of the organization, and rooted in the reality on the ground.

Our starting point: a shared observation.

In a context of accelerating transformations (mergers, reorganizations, digitalization), organizations face several challenges:

  • Organizational: complexity and performance requirements constantly increasing.

  • Human: disengagement, loss of meaning and trust, talent drain, burnout.

  • Methodological: classic change managment approaches are showing their limits.

  • Performance: nearly 70% of transformation projects do not achieve expected results.

Tree of Transformation. Individual, Team and Organization Synergy

Classic pitfalls to avoid, in our opinion, for a sustainable transformation

  • An overly technical approach: focusing only on what needs to be done (project content) instead of enabling the collective adventure.

  • …too sequential: separating organization design from change management, which hinders stakeholder engagement.

  • …and on the surface: acting only on visible levers (structures, processes) without considering the invisible but essential dimensions: beliefs, collective identities, cognitive biases, group dynamics, resistance to change.

To overcome these challenges and pitfalls, our approach to support change is based on the following compass:

Fondus turquoise et vert : design abstrait

doing together

Engage collective intelligence and accountability.

through experimentation

Create a transformative experience through collective learning , meaning creation, relationship development, and energy regulation.

Holistically

Act on visible and invisible levers in a systemic vision of the organization.

To Foster the Emerging Future

Enable organizational innovation for a desired and desirable future.
