Why “Bee Transformation”?
This name carries a double metaphor:
Bee, like Be / Being a change agent of one's own change and fully embodying one's transformation.
And Bee for the Bee, symbol of pollination, which evokes the value of co-construction through collective intelligence.
Bee Transformation encompasses both individual and collective transformation, as well as collaborative dynamics to drive sustainable change.

Founded by Laure Droulers
Laure is a Professional Executive Coach, specializing in Organizational Coaching (HEC), Organizational Transformation, Change Management and Organizational Development.
With more than 17 years of experience with major groups such as Airbus, Google, Symrise (listed on the DAX), and in NGOs, and with extensive international experience and multicultural environments, she is convinced that reconciling Performance and Humanity is possible to transform organizations.
Her passion? Enabling leaders, teams, and organizations to strengthen their ability to transform during key moments: post-merger and acquisition integration, organizational, cultural, digital, leadership transformation, and skills development.
